THE PROBLEM
The old system needed a mouse and a desktop. Staff on the shop floor needed something that works on a tablet with one hand, in a hurry.
WHAT WE BUILT
A keyboard-and-touch friendly till flow, barcode scanning, and a stock ledger that updates as sales happen — plus a daily report the owner reads on their phone.
